Welcome — my name is Jennifer Yvonne Banks, and after proudly serving 20 years in the United States Navy, I’m stepping forward once again to serve, this time right here at home. My military career taught me discipline, integrity, and the importance of putting people first. Those values shaped who I am, and they continue to guide every decision I make.

Throughout my years in uniform, I learned that true leadership is about service — listening to others, standing up for what’s right, and working tirelessly to support the people around you. Now, I’m committed to bringing that same dedication to our community.
